Does it include the Disney Visa debit card or just the credit card?I don’t remember it happening but a handful of times over the years…though more so in the past 5 years than before that.

Harrison Contracting Co is a commercial painting company.Contractor is Harrison Contracting Co Inc out of Villa Rica, GA.
Any thoughts?
My initial thought was the roadwork, but that would that be DVCMC as the owner? Wouldn't that be Disney?
Might Disney be ready for the interior painting of the rooms?Harrison Contracting Co is a commercial painting company.
I'm sure they are.Might Disney be ready for the interior painting of the rooms?
I’m ready!Might Disney be ready for the interior painting of the rooms?
Sorry if this has been mentioned, I have tried to read through all the posts on this forum but its hard to keep up!
We are UK based and really looking into joining DVC as direct members having researched for years (we have trips planned in Sept & May so would probably set it up on one of these trips) we quite fancy Poly as home resort (after missing out on the VGF deals last year) so really keeping an eye on all the updates, so eager to know the price they launch with.
I noticed on the end of the room tour video it states something about prices starting from 23,500...I assume this is subject to change but could that be an indication base price on release will be $235 a point? Wonder if there will be any incentives to bring this down at all considering I guess its guaranteed it is going to sell well anyway.

@tjkraz and @pkrieger2287 there are 20 Notice of Commencement documents that showed up on the occompt web site.
These are for 1460s-1490s Seven Seas Drive which I believe is Polynesian Resort area.
Owner is listed as Disney Vacation Club Management Corp.
Contractor is Harrison Contracting Co Inc out of Villa Rica, GA.
Any thoughts?

If I’m not mistaken those addresses are the bungalows. And since there were 20 NOCs filed, I’m guessing that’s it.
It has the same disclaimer on ads for the resorts that are $225 as well.Sorry if this has been mentioned, I have tried to read through all the posts on this forum but its hard to keep up!

I think you nailed it. Never dawned on me that 20 matched the number of bungalows.
Isn't Moorea building considered 1520 Seven Seas Drive? Bungalows being 1460s-1490s makes sense.
Also, the longhouses have already been getting painted, so those NOCs were already filed.
TIkiman's FB page has pictures of Fiji marina side being almost done.Yes, subject to correction in case my memory is off here, 1520 is Moorea, 1530 is Pago Pago, and 1550 is Tokelau.
I recently saw a picture somewhere (maybe this thread?) of a longhouse being partially repainted with a, shall I say, interesting green color. Keep waiting for more pics to be circulated before fully judging.![]()
In a vacuum I like the dark green color … but not side by side the other colors. Weird choice.TIkiman's FB page has pictures of Fiji marina side being almost done.![]()
I’m fresh out of ideas on those cut outsAllears has a new article about the restaurant.
https://allears.net/2024/08/14/sneak-peek-at-disney-worlds-newest-hotel-restaurant/
Inside that article, they have a refined picture of the building concept art from the lagoon side. You can zoom in and see the differences in the two cutouts "garden oasis" on this side. https://allears.net/wp-content/uplo...esian-village-construction-concept-art-04.jpg
The garden oasis we have seen in the blueprints seems to have an archway leading to the views.
Any thoughts on the differences between the two oasis (cutout) areas?
