This is based on my interpretation of the show, after numerous viewings and letting my imagination run. The story is fully open to interpretation, this is just my take on it, and some have said that knowing the "story" actually enchanced the show.

*****/DISCLAIMER*****

The Island Blast fireworks display at IOA this year is the same as it's been the past three years. During my time there, I've developed this as the storyline:

Part 1 - You are introduced to this legendary adventurer. The people love him and are welcoming him back from a journey/defeating an enemy.

Part 2 - The Adventurer meets this girl/princess and they fall in love.

Part 3 - The Enemy comes back, takes the girl/princess, almost kills the Adventurer, and just starts to take over the Adventurer's homeland.

Part 4 - The Adventurer comes back, with reinforcements, and is able to vanquish the Enemy and gets the girl and his homeland back to normal.

Well, that's my take on it. Enjoy the fireworks! :)

Dark Marauder - you weem to be an unlimited FOUNTAIN of INFO!
Please tell me - when are the fireworks? Where are the best places to view from? Do they have fireworks every night? PLEASE TELL ME MORE!!:bounce: I Love firework shows!!:jester:

Fireworks are nightly at 950 until August 9. The best viewing area is as close to the Inland Sea as possible. The most popular (and best) location, is across from Spider-Man, behind Cotton Candy/the Alterniverse Store.

Are these just fireworks, and if so, how did you deduct the storyline just from fireworks.

During 4th of July, my friend and I were discussing how fireworks are so routinely boring, and how a series of events depicted using the fireworks would be better. For example, here in Fort Lauderdale the fireworks are done off a barge in the ocean, visible from the beach. We said how there should be two boats, both lit up to be visible and distinguishable that could use different types of fireworks to depict a sea battle.

Is this something similar to what Universal does, or is it just fireworks?

There's music that accompanies the fireworks. That's how I derived the story. And it's very fitting. During the "part 3", the music is very ominous sounding and there is lots of "evil" fireworks. You just kinda have to feel it.

The music plays a big part. There are some fireworks up on poles, that sway back and forth. During the battle scenes, fireworks shoot across the lagoon just above the water. Some of the fireworks at IOA are unique, kinds you don't see at other shows.
