A little over an hour after I made the VISA FD reservation I got an email confirmation which had a link to a website that gave all the details. I printed that and it was 4 pages long. It says up in the top "Package(s): It lists the resort, the code, and that it's a Magic Your Way pdg + Free dine
Below that it spells out everything that is in the package....the resort for 9 nights, the 1 day MYW admission, the golf voucher, the two Planet Hollywood things, the sea Raycer Offer, then it also lists Quick Service Meals, Snack, and Table Service meals, all as separate lines, but all saying 1 per night per guest.
Then there are 3 pages of "footnotes", lol.
NOW...mine wasn't converting an existing reservation to the FD....I chose instead to book the FD as a separate reservation and then after that was all done and I was sure it was exactly what I thought it should be, I called and cancelled the original AP discount reservation. So I paid the $200 deposit and later in the day cancelled the other and should be getting that smaller deposit credited to my card. I just checked and neither the charge or the credit have hit my online credit card yet.
With their system down unfortunately you aren't going to be able to call and get any information, but I would call as soon as word gets out that it's up again just to be sure.
