We ate at Tutto Italia in June and had a fantastic allergy experience. They have a GF menu. My kids have peanut, tree nut and shellfish allergies, so I can't speak to your specific allergens, but the staff was fantastic. The manager (an American, no language barrier) took the kids' orders, double-checked with the chef, and personally served their food. The waiter even was kind enough to warn us that the kids shouldn't try anyone else's food, just to be safe. It was one of our top dining experiences of the trip. Flying Fish and Brown Derby were also awesome. Everywhere we ate was fine, but the staff at those restaurants seemed to put in extra effort to make sure my kids were happy and comfortable with their food choices.
