Is tomorrow the 11th mth mark for ressie on 12/28/03??

Yes it is, that is only if your check out date is tomorrow, but MS is going to be swamped tomorrow because of the computer problems. Plan on using redial!!

If you plan to arrive on the 28th, you have to call on the 29th, as that will be your check-out date. Then advise MS that you will be calling day-by-day for however many days you plan to spend at the resort.

Thanks. So for my 1st night on 12/28/03, I can not call until 1/29/03, right? I will let MS know I will be calling day by day. Our home in WLV, so I will make the ressie there. But will try to switch at the 7mth mark to BWV or BCV because we like to be at Epcot for NYE. That was my strategy this year as well. Only it did not work & I ended up renting a reservation a member made at BWV at the 11 mth mark and ended up cancelling my WLV reservation. I wait listed for awhile, but NYE did not look like it would come thru & we did not want to resort hop. It worked out for us.

But maybe we will stay at WLV this year for NYE. We have stayed at all DVC, BUT our home believe it or not! I may be ready for a new DVC experience.

Anyone else making NYE plans now?

Yep! We'll be at VWL the same time you are! I'm set to call for our first night on Thursday. The day I'm not looking forward to calling is next Monday - that's the 11 month window for NYE and New Year's Day. We check out on the 2nd, so I'll be on the phone Thursday, Friday and Monday.

We own at BWV and VWL and this will be our first visit home to VWL since we bought, although we've stayed at the lodge many, many times. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay for the holidays!

We are planning a return trip to HH for the same week. We really enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to making that our family tradition.

We are hoping to check in on the 28th also. We'll make the ressies for our home (OKW), but may try to switch at the 11 month mark for BCV or BWV. We'd like to be closer to Epcot for New Years Eve, but really want the bigger OKW units. Decisions, decisions, ha!

I hope we're not on hold too long. It's exciting, tho.
