Is Tiffany reliable???

I am nervous about booking our van through Tiffany Town Car. I am used to relying on no one! I booked over the phone. They asked my name and phone number and asked for times for each part of trip. We are going from MCO to Poly to Port Canaveral to MCO. They did not ask for my address, credit card number or anything. Will we be OK for our group of 4 adults and 2 children? I would normally rent a vehicle but for a group of this size it is not cost effective compared to the $245 rate from Tiffany.

I've used Tiffany Towncar twice and had excellent service. We used their stretch limo. It's gorgeous and they kept it immaculate. We plan on using one of their vans next summer when we fly in for a Disney cruise, we'll have a ton of luggage with us, plus 2 big teenage boys!! You pay them at the time of the ride, so that's probably why they didn't ask for credit card info. I don't remember having to give them a CC# either time I've used them. We paid in cash.

I felt kind of weird when I called the first time and they didn't ask me anything besides flight times. It just seemed too quick and easy - know what I mean? Since then, we have used them twice and will use them again in Nov. They are very reliable and we have always had a great experience. Good Luck!

Forgot to mention in my last post - Just because I'm a compulsive planner, I call Tiffany to confirm a couple days in advance of our trip and then the day before we go home at the resort. It is a toll free number, and I figure it can't hurt

I have to tell my Tiffany story. My daughter and I went to Disney World for our joint birthday May 17. I had reserved a town car. This was the third time to have used tiffany. After calling and recalling the day before to reconfirm, we headed for Disney World. We arrived in Charolette to find out our flight to Orlando would be two hours late. I called Tiffany and they said not to worry just to call when we got in and someone would meet us. We finally arrived and the driver come to find out had been there since our origional arrival time. He was very nice even let me use his cell phone to call my husband and let him know we had finally arrived. He got our luggage. Drove the car to the door. My daughter had burnt her foot so she was in quite a bit of pain. Ask us if we wanted to stop at a grocery store. We said we just wanted to get to the Contemporary. I would highly recommend them. Always had great drivers and very professional.

Teri - That is a great story. I have a funny story about our Tiffany driver. At the grocery stop, my hubby went in to get some stuff and I stayed in the car with the kids. Well, of course they are in Florida and VERY excited, not loud or anything, but just talking non stop. The driver could tell Mom had probably had enough and leaned back to talk to the kids. He talked in a very slow, conspirational voice and the kids thought he was about to say something really important. Well, he told the kids we were having a contest on who could not talk for the longest - LOL!!! He "zipped" up his mouth and threw away the key and had the kids do the same. It was too funny, and gave me a few minutes of peace to get my sanity back.
