Just back from our trip. We used Cast & Crew and had a great experience. We received an acknowledgement within 24 hrs. of request. The day before our arrival we received a text from our assigned driver confirming details and his number to stay in touch. When we arrived at our baggage claim he was there and assisted with our luggage (a small extra fee upon request). He escorted us straight downstairs via the elevator where we were loaded and off we went. I very much appreciated that we didn't have to walk to the other end where other car services pick up and depart from. Our departure went just as smoothly. They were prompt, personable, friendly and professional. The vehicles weren't luxury. No Cadillacs or Mercedes but they were very nice new model SUVs. An Expedition on our departure. I can't remember the other one. I think it might have been a Suburban. Both very clean recent models. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them on our next trip to Orlando.

Away We Go was recommended to me, but I have not seen any reference to them on this forum. We are a party of 6 with related luggage so it limits the type of vehicle we may need. Anyone have experience with Away We Go?

They are highly reputable and pretty popular around town. If you’re needing a van, they’re a great option. I see their vehicles on property all the time.

We used Away We Go last year and they were fantastic. Great communication and great service. In fact, we are using them again this Friday!

We used them back in December 2023 on our trip going from the Hard Rock Hotel to Art of Animation and they were fantastic! I'm contemplating using them again for our 2 upcoming trips.

Our party was large, 8 adults and 2 children who needed car seats/boosters and they were wonderful in answering any questions I had regarding vehicle size and how many pieces of luggage would fit. I believe they said their largest size would fit 11 suitcases. They even sent me pictures of what the back of the vehicles looked like so I could get an estimate on what I think would fit. Since we also had a stroller, we opted to split into two vans. Both of our drivers were great and were giving us fun facts about the parks and other places as we were on our way.

I remember them arriving early and also willing to wait while my parents got some things sorted at Hard Rock. Additionally, I did have their phone numbers as well to communicate. But they were very friendly and on time.
