Is this too much?

If we are have a 3:30 PS at Sci Fi, would it be too much money and/or food to make another PS for a late dinner at Crystal Palace? How late can I make it if the park closes at 10? It is an E-Ride Night, however. Will the restaurant stay open along with the rides?

We just returned home this evening. On E-ride nights the sit down places were not serving - most were seating until 8:00, with one in the park being open until 9:00 (usually on their early entry day). After that it was all counter service, but again limited due to the limited number of people in the park. I would expect that if you eat that late a lunch at Sci-Fi, with the heat - it was bad, you will probably not want another full meal. We usually split something from a counter or had a small snack (fruit or ice cream) later in the evening.
