For some reason, my dad wants a private luau for the family when we're down there in October. Can this be done? Who do I call?

As to if it can be done I really don't know but I'd call either the Dinning line and find out who to speak to 1(407)WDW-DINE or the front desk of the Poly and see if they could direct you to the person you'd need to speak with. My guess is if they will do it...it will cost dearly though

Instead of a private luau, why not have the whole family go to 'Ohana. They do big parties all the time. Once, we stayed way over in the back to the right of the entrance, and it was nice in a way to be away from the cocnut races and hula hoop contests (though I love watching them!).

Folks have posted about being able to arrange and enjoy all kinds of private parties thorughout WDW. I would start with Dining and ask about "Private Dining" Good luck it sounds fun.
