I have had trouble sleeping for almost 3 months now. I have trouble falling asleep and when I do I wake up every hour or 2. I'll toss and turn for a while then doze off again for a bit. I'm not up for hours on end but I don't sleep more than 2 hours at a time, so I wasn't sure if that qualified as insomnia. What can I do?
It's getting to the point were I am having trouble getting through the day. I have actually nodded off while doing paperwork. I can't think straight and have trouble remembering things. It's really starting to affect me and I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to take medication but maybe a visit to the doctor's is the right thing. Until then does anyone have any advice on how to get a decent nights sleep? The bags under my eyes actually make me look like I have been punched and I'm just sooooooo tired.
