Is this allowed w/ a PIN code?

I am like 99.9% sure this is a no-go, butI figured I would ask and see if just maybe this is possible...


DBF and I are booked with a free dining pin for December. My SIL and Bro intend to come down and stay on site for the 2nd half of our trip. Can we by any chance tack them on to our stay, to get them free dining too?

I doubt it is possible, but man it would be nice.

You can book up to 3 rooms at the same resort under the pin, but I think the dates have to be the same.

I was just repeating what a CM told me last week. Have you booked a trip with a pin where two families arrived and/or departed on different days with the same pin? If so, I would love to do this (but I guess I need a pin first...).

I don't think there's any rule against multiple bookings with the same pin code, but realize the ressie has to be in your name and you are responsible for the money matters. I'm in this same situation right now with friends. I've decided to wait to see if a general, public code becomes available with FD in December. I don't want to take a chance about money matters with most people; it's a sure way to make enemies. I will admit on one trip I split the cost with one friend, but I knew she would pay upfront and she did without issue. She is finacially better off then I am; so, I never feared it.

Also, I would never rely on what one CM would have to say in regards to most Disney policies. Infact, I have a rule that I need to have at least two, separate CMs to say the same thing before I believe it. And if I don't like the answer, I will find another way of explaining myself and do it all over again. I would talk to supervisors, as well if needed.

On the original poster, are you trying to get them to stay with you in the same room? If so, you need to realize everyone has to get the same days of park tickets on the package and you can't split that part of it up. Also, I don't want to get into topics of ethics, etc. if you are trying to pretend they will be with you from the start of your trip.

Last fall my sister and niece came along for free dining on my pin. I booked both rooms in my name and it worked out fine. You may have to book two separate reservations (one for only your family for the first part, and then one for your family and a second room for your bro for the second part) but for me that would only be a minor inconvenience. You would have to buy another park ticket for everyone in the party, though. Again for me that would not be a big deal as we go often enough that I would just hang on to the extra ticket and apply it toward the next trip, but that may not work out for you. As for everyone needing to have the same ticket, in my experience that is true but you can just get everyone a one-day base ticket and then everyone can add days as they see fit.

I called customer service, and they told me I can book up three rooms using my code. I than asked if all three rooms had to be checking in and out on the same say, and she told me that as long as the dates overlapped, it was a go.

This is great news for us. They were already intending to come down, so now they get this great perk too.

That's not the case. I booked 2 rooms with a PIN code, one for me and my DD and one for my friend and his 2 kids. The second reservation was booked in his name. I booked the ressie, but didn't give the payment information for the deposit. He had 10 days to call and pay the deposit, and he was responsible for paying off the reservation. It was simple.

No and no. The other res is in the other persons name and anyone can pay for it
