IS this a pin code?

I just recieved a big mailer today, its a trifold advertisement that has Alice and the rabbit on the front, then inside it says 'Save 30% at Disney Value, 35 at moderate and 40 on deluxe'. Is this an infamous pin mailing (I've never got one) or just some other promotion?

Does it have a long string of numbers &/or letters that you need to provide when you call to book? Usually PIN codes have more than three letters and somewhere in the fine print it will say that the offer is non-transferable.

Even if it's not a PIN, that's a nice discount for 2010.

When you get a pin you have to call because there is no place when booking online to input the pin #.

We can't technically either. LOL For some odd reason some very strange thing happened to me when it came though. I've been looking at all the finances seeing what I can rearrange. I'm trying very hard to have self control. I've just priced out a trip and going the same dates we went last year June 5-11 with dining plan and flights the total to stay at saratoga springs would be $3661!!!! I'm having serious issues about wanting to go now! Gah...curse this dumb code.
