Is this a manageable plan?

On Oct 23rd(that's a Friday) I have the following scheduled. This is a party night (most recommended) so I am hoping for not crazy stupid busy crowds. We are 2 adults. This is not our only MK day; we are doing a late evening on the following day. Is this plan overly ambitious?

Arrive at MK @ 730
Take pic in front of castle
810am BOG breakfast ADR
930am Key to the Kingdom Tour(arrive by 915 @ Town Hall)
3pm Festival of Fantasy Parade(watched from somewhere near the front of the park)
4pm Return to Resort(Beach Club)
7pm Epcot for F&W though the international gateway
8pm Eat to the Beat
9pm Illumination Dessert Party
10pm Illuminations

Also a couple of questions...
  • What path will they make us take to get back from BOG to the front of the park; we want to wander back through frontier and adventure land and take a couple of empty park pics?
  • How long does it take for the parade to make it to the front of the park/when will it be finished?
  • Do the sets for the bands at Eat the beat stay the same from day to day as we will see the same band the day before, but at the 645 set?

Re: going from BoG to the front of the park - if the park is open at that point, you can go anywhere you want, although there will be others arriving. If the park hasn't opened yet, I suspect that the other areas will be roped off, and you will probably be limited to going back down Main Street.
The parade takes about fifteen minutes, as I recall, to get to Main Street.
I haven't had a lot of experience with the Eat to the Beat concerts - more with the Flower Power concerts (they have a new name now, but I forget). We've found that sometimes a group or individual will do the exact same show for all performances, and some will vary the songs. You won't really know in advance.

Do you think it would be possible to squeeze in a ride on Mine train before walking back to the front of the park and still make it to the front by 915?

Mine Train ride would be pushing it- I'd choose that or walking the long way through frontierland, not both. As PP said, if it's after 9:00 and the park is open you may take this path. Otherwise before rope drop these lands are considered backstage and will be roped off.
