Day 1: Quick Service Dinner in the World Showcase (Plane arrives @ MCO at 6:07) and Epcot has Extra Magic Hours (Is that a good idea)?

Day 2: Lunch @ Sunshine Seasons
Dinner @ Coral Reef

Day 3: Lunch @ Tusker House
Dinner @ Hoop-Dee-Doo

Day 4: Lunch @ Cinderella's Royal Table
Dinner @ Pecos Bill Cafe

Day 5: Lunch @ Toy Story Pizza Planet
Dinner @ Hollywood and Vine with Fantasmic! Package --or should i eat at prime time?

Day 6: Lunch @ World Showcase Quick Service Resteraunt-Any Suggestions?
Dinner: Pizza

Day 7-Thanksgiving Day: Dinner @ Liberty Tree Tavern-Is that good?

Day 8: Lunch @ Pinocchio Village Haus
Dinner @ Crystal Palace

I would greatly appreciate any changes that you reccomend! We are going 11/17/06-11/25/06.

Sounds like a decent plan. Some of those might be hard ADRs to come by so be sure to make your ADRs as soon as you're allowed. Regaring Hollywood and Vine versus 50s Prime Time... I suspect Prime Time is better food and fun, but the Fantasmic package really helps with the end of the evening. I would recommend choosing a different lunch on your last day. Pinocchio Village Haus is Heartburn city IMHO.
