Is this a good car rental rate? National

I reserved with the Emerald Aisle intermediate class for 5 days using an American Express code, total 135.02. Is that a good rate?

We're arriving on a Thursday at 9:30am will that increase my chances of getting a better car in the Emerald aisle? It doesn' t really matter, we just need something to drive, but an upgrade would be cool.

Thanks for your help, we usually drive down so this whole car rental thing is new to me.
