I have been looking at a couple of Disney sites, and no one says whether or not February is a slow time to go to the world. As far as I know, none of the the school breaks start until March? Does anyone know how busy it is in mid-February?:confused3

The Presiden't Day long weekend is sometime in February. I don't have kids, so I don't know about school calendars. I think there is also some cheering competition at the beginning of Feb, but again, I am not certain.

Most schoools in New England get the entire week off for President's week. We have gone to the World in the past during this time and didn't find it to be over the top crowded. The weather can be hit or miss though.

Also, don't forget the Superbowl is February 2nd and it is being played in Tampa this year. That will for sure bring over flow guests to the Disney area for the weeks surrounding that date.

We were there Feb. 7-14 this year. We were a little scared because the value resorts were booked solid by November. The resorts were full of cheerleaders there for competition, but the parks were not crowded at all. We only used Fast Passes a couple times, and we never waited more than 20 min. for anything. Have a great trip!

I was curious about this as well! I'll be there from Feb 21 - 28 and while it's Mardi Gras here in Louisiana, I've never been to WDW at that time. I'm a bit worried! ;)

We went Presidents week in 06 and found medium crowds. Big attractions+ big rides, but we walked right on to many rides.

Our county in GA has that week off every year. Makes no sense really.

Don't forget about speedweeks in Daytona. 1st 2 weeks of the month. Many DVC members go to the race and stay onsite to avoid out of pocket costs.

To be honest my dh and I go every year in Jan/Feb. We have found the parks busier during Mardi Gras than superbowl weekend. The value prices change about Feb 15 though.

we're thinking about Presidents week in WDW. ours schools are off for the whole week.

airlines out of NY are crazy expensive... so may drive.. or drive to BWI and fly from there.

may try pop century for 1st time

But it isn't like, Spring Break or Summer busy, is it? *bites nails*

NO! It is still better than those. You will have a good time. Let us know.
