Is there room for expansion at VB?

I know this is a long shot, but with the growing membership, do you think DVC will ever add additional units to VB? Is there still land there to do it?

Not much. There was but they sold it.

Disney sold around 9.2 acres to the south, I believe on contract pending rezoning. I don't iknow if the rezoning passed the County Board or not so Disney may still own the land. It was a debated topic several months back when Disney tried to sell the land to a developer who planned to increase the housing density greater than allowed by current zoning. Area residents were opposed to the more dense development.

Disney continues to own the land west of A1A which is around 32 acres. This is the land that was contemplated for expansion. Disney announced a few years back that the expansion would not move forward.

I don't think it would be wise to build across the street, you want to be oceanfront, did they own more land on the ocean side at one time?
