We went to the world last October and I rented a 3 wheeled scooter from Apple which made my trip a whole lot easier because I had a virtually collapsed right knee at the time. I've since had a total knee replacement and am planning our next trip to the world in August. While I'm currently done with my PT and almost back to "normal" for everyday walking, I find that excessive activity is causing tremendous amounts of pain in my leg because the muscles are still just not ready for it. My total knee was only 5 months ago. I also still need to get my other knee replaced. So I'm come to the conclusion that rather than risk overdoing it during our August trip, I'm better off being safe than sorry and renting an ECV again (I tend to park and walk, then drive/park, and walk... so I don't overdo it and stay on it by the end of the day when my legs have had it).
Last time I rented the "go-go elite" 3 wheel, but this time I'm considering the Pride Victory 3 wheel - which goes a bit faster, has a longer battery life (25 miles vs. 15), and has a captains chair (higher back) and someplace I can rest my leg if I stretch it out (which the other one didn't have).
Does anyone have experience with the Pride Victory? I'm worried about the larger turning radius. While I know it's only 10", I was able to really maneuver in the Go-Go Elite. I don't know if the Pride Victory is significantly larger or "clunky".
I'm looking for thoughts on those who may have rented this option and how you felt it handled. Any good vs. bad experiences / recommendations?

I am renting a Victory 9 from apple its smaller then the 10 but bigger then the go go

Is the Victory 9 Easy to disassemble? What is the range? What is the max speed? I have always rented a standard size but next trip we would like to stay at an off site resort and visit the other Orlando parks, so we will be putting the scooter in my van

I don't think that either of the Victory models are meant to break down for transportation in a car. I know the Victory 10 model can't be. The only way to transport it is with a scooter lift of some sort.

You want a travel model scooter for transporting in a car.

its a Victory 9 ES its smaller then the regular victory 9 they said it breaks down easy and it a lot lighter I will know Tuesday afternoon when I see it

I have a Victory 9 at home and it breaks down easily. I don't know about the 10.

I just looked on the Pride site and it says:

Features & Benefits

Pride's exclusive stylish, lightweight, low-profile, non-scuffing wheels
Disassembles for transport or storage
Bright LED headlight
Seat features pinchless hinges and eight-position seat rotation

I don't see any rental option on the Apple site for a 9, just the 10. I have a few months before our trip- I'd love your feedback after your return. I loved the Go Go elite, but found I was near battery end at end of day and didn't have any place to stretch out my leg and "rest it" on which was an issue.

I have rented the Victory 10 and I love it. Easy to manuver and to park on the bus. Also the seat uis comfy, great place to stretch out leg, and love the basket. Even after a full day it didn't run out of battery but I do bring the charger with me in case and do charge each night. Will rent again this year

Was this ECV. Easy to take apart to put into a van? Also, where did you rent the Victory 10?

I'm also wanting to know where this Victory 10 was rented from! That sounds like exactly what I need to support back and leg. :goodvibes I don't care if it disassembles since I'm staying onsite.

Victory 10s are from several including apple they also have Victory 9s which are a little smaller and not as heavy
