New Pool Entry Requirement? Share Wristband Experiences by Resort!

I'm thinking this thread informs rule breaking pool hoppers?
Makes it easy for them to know where to go!
And yes I was told by a work acquaintance that you can find out which pools never check or might during holidays, that some never do, etc...Bragging about what they do when they visit parents that live close to WDW :(

People who are intent on pool hopping are going to do it no matter what, until Disney has cast members at the gates of every pool resort-wide handing out wristbands every day.

I really wish they would do something. My moral compass gets annoyed and we have had several direct experiences with non-resort guests going to the pools with attitude.

The best thing you can do is not worry about it, because the people that can actually do something about it don't. Share your experience with those who can make change absolutely - but otherwise don't worry about it.

Who would we contact? We've done follow up surveys...And yes I try not to let it bother me but when we've paid extra for a resort with a pool slide for our kids, or a deluxe experience near a park, and others monorail over to swim- I find it maddening!

Tell the resort manager when you're staying there, call member services, complete follow-up surveys and describe the experience in any surveys you get from DVC. That's about all you can do.

No wristbands at Boardwalk or Grand Floridian pools this trip.
I'm surprised with it being spring break season that GF didn't! Disapointing.

My original intent when starting this thread was NOT, of course, to inform pool hoppers. The intent of this thread was to try to figure out any discernible pattern of if/when/how/where Disney has any pool wristband requirements. Of course, it seems there is no rhyme or reason to what they do from a pool enforcement standpoint!
