I'm having much frustration over our accommodations for next summer. My party will be a super tight fit in a regular room (5 and a baby----allowed, but OMG!), and I don't mind paying for an extra room, but I don't want to pay for an extra room if they won't be connected----I'd rather just squeeze. My understanding is no guarantees, and as a Metternich of fact we could even be on different floors. That makes me not wanting to risk booking two rooms.
Is there no way to guarantee connecting rooms (internal door) at PPH?

No hotel I know can guarantee connecting rooms. They try there best to give it, or at the very least right near each other.
We've done 5 + a baby at DLH and had plenty of room. Our kids were 7, 5, 2 and 1. We had 2 queens and a day bed plus still plenty of room for a play pen.
