Is there hot water (for coffee) available at the POP CS?

I'm bringing some instant coffee and I was wondering if the restaurants had hot water available so I can fill my travel mug. We're staying at POP.

There is hot water available for hot tea so you could use that for coffee too, available in the Food Court.
