Is there any hope for the buy 4 get 3 free??

We've gone to Disney the past four trips with the buy 4 get 3 free deal and have LOVED it!! This year we're hoping for October and it's more than 3700 for the four of us (2 adults, 10 and 12 yo) to stay at POFQ with dining. That's a good 1000 more than last year!! It can't be because my young one is 10 now, can it? I know she's adult but is it THAT much more? I sure wish we could do the free dining or 4/3 deal for October!!! Any info on upcoming specials would be great!!!
