I'm wondering if there is an iPhone app that would let me scan UPC codes on grocery items to populate a shopping list but then let me enter a price for each item. What I'm trying to do is set up a "price book" type of arrangement that would let me keep track of what a good price is on each item but without having to type in the item info every time. I figured if I could scan the codes it would eliminate that step. Has anyone seen an app that does something like this?

Try "Free Grocery Gadget Shopping List".

Also "Grocery List Free" doesn't seem to have the scanning ability but looks pretty good. I've used one of their other apps and they work as advertised.

Grocery IQ lets you scan with a barcode, and it does seem to have a place to enter a price, though it looks like it would be a little work to put the info in.

My DW and I use Out of Milk. We love this app. It allows scanning and price input. Also it syncs our grocery lists. For example if I am at the store, DW will add grocery items to list. When I refresh the list on my phone, the new items will appear. It works for very.

I use Grocery IQ. When I run out of something at home I simply scan the barcode and it populates my grocery list.
