Is there a swarm of people leaving AK

Can someone answer a question about travel out of AK? My DH and I are trying to plan our DDP, eventhough we aren't traveling to Disney until Nov . But after reading all the information on the Dis I really want to be prepared. We plan on touring AK during the day then having dinner at one of the resorts or DTD and I was wondering if there was a huge time difference in travel if we decided to eat at WCC compared to any dining areas in DTD. I would guess the only travel option is the busses but are they about the same travel time (basically) no matter which resort you travel to. And does everyone leave the AK at dusk ? I know this may sound like a really DUH! question to most but this is our first trip (DH and I) and I want it to make a lasting impression on DH not the LAST IMPRESSION! Thanks for any information I appreciate the patience of everyone.

I think it would take just about the same amount of time to get to WL or DTD by bus.

After dinner at WCC, you can simply take a bus from WL to DTD, do a little shopping, go to PI or catch a movie and then catch another bus back to your own resort.

Oh, I forgot to answer one of your questions. Yes, most people view AK as a park that only takes about a 1/2 day to catch all the major attractions.

So, many times you will see swarms of people leaving the park by 3 p.m.

Since it is your first trip though, I can imagine you could stay till dusk. Just remember to go on a cool day. The air temperatures inside AK seem at least 10 degrees hotter than any other park due to the lush landscape.
