Is there a separate site for Disavers Members?

I hate to be stupid, but...

I signed up for Disavers months ago. I need to convert a reservation, and I just cannot figure out how to do it. Is there another web site or something? Thanks!

This was from an email I got when I signed up for DISavers. It would be easier if the DIS had a link to this page from DISavers home page. Maybe some of the moderators could check into doing this.
