No, there isn't. I do not know if it would be successful. I believe that room cancellations, unlike canceled ADRs, do not go back into inventory immediately. Coordinating cancellations/bookings could be an exercise in futility.

Yes, the system may not update as fast as the ADR system does.

In order for hotels to be full, they routinely overbook. So, there would be situations where canceled rooms never get placed back into inventory. As such, a thread would be far less useful and certainly futile in some cases.
