I have tried to set up one for my sailing a few weeks ago on Cruise critic. I really wanted to just talk to a few people from my cruise about transportation and hotels. Perhaps ask about excursions recommended for the elderly and prior experiences from those on the same cruise. Disappointed I cannot get the page started.

You can post in the main Royal Forum to see if anyone's on the same cruise, and start a FB group. Then add the M&M once they've got it working again.

Yes, Roll Call is different from Meet and Mingle. The Meet and Mingle isn't working now, but I have been able to get to my Roll Calls without problems.
