Is there a midnight buffet on a 3 day ?

My hubby and I are doing a 3 day without the children this time. Our last 7 day cruise we decovered the midnight dessert buffet, yum yum, and are hopping there will be one on our next cruise.

but it's more like a 10:30 buffet (hey , this is DCL)

At the Nassau sail away party, that had a great selection of things including quesadillas, rice, carving station, and tons of awesome desserts...cakes, pies et al...

I'm a little confused does this buffet follow the sail away party at Nassau? On our last cruise, I do remember the fireworks in Nassau but I don't remember seeing a buffet? There is just so many things going on!!!
