Is there a link to how DTD construction is going?

Never been big fans of DTD, but the proposed changes have me excited about how it's going to turn out. Is there a site that has a regular update on the progress?

We'll be at WDW this Sept and I'm interested to see if it will be worth our time to head over for an evening.
