Is there a grace period for boarding groups?

We received BG 5, says approx time of arrival should be about 9:10. What happens if we are smack in the middle of another ride (assuming rope drop is successful)?

ADR or Savi’s reservation will be no problem for a reasonable delay. other reasons may get you denied.

Everything I have read says at least 1 hour. If you plead your case, maybe longer.

You get about an hour return time, however, we have shown up outside that window - probably as much as a good hour or so outside of our return window and had no problem getting on. With that said, we've been on the ride many times (we've never failed to get a boarding group), so we were okay returning late and taking the risk that they might turn us away.

We got boarding group 33 today & pretty sure we won’t arrive at park until at least hour after our hour grace period!! We never get a group that early! If we totally miss it can we try again after 1pm?

If you’re late because of an ADR or being in another attraction’s standby line, you should be fine. If another reason, you may get on and you may not.
