Anyone know if you change dates with SW if they will charge you for changing?

nope, that is the beauty of SW they give you $ for $ in credit toward another flight...... you pay the current fare for the new flight however, you can't transfer a special to a new date.

You must fly within one year of original date of purchase.

It is a year but, if you can't use it in that year you can call and have it extended 6 months making the total 18 months. They send you a coupon for the funds that will extend it.

This is why I really like to fly SW
