Can someone give me the dates for the AP discounts. I left my pass at home and cleared my cookies yesterday so I can't enter the site to see the dates.

Just applied the Visa discount to two existing reservations. Had to pay $200 each using the Visa (paid initial deposits with a different card), but didn't have to go through the hassle of rebooking. I did ask if there were any other codes available (I am not AP) and was told no.

Could not get any discount for our stay at WL as it is sold out from April 22nd-April 30th.

Dates I saw were 3/30-5/21,

I got YC Concierge for 4/20-4/26 and GF Concierge for 4/17-4/20

Well it's the 20th, the passholder site was down for most of the morning and when I finally got in, nothing new.

Thanks !!! I called earlier and got our rooms, but I'm still hoping to upgrade for our last night. Now I can see what's available

I left work early and came racing home because I forgot that today was the day the codes "may" come out and they actually did!!!

I called and was put on hold for a long time but got the nicest CM so far. I asked her what would be cheaper, to add the AP code to my existing ressie and get a DDE card or use the new AP package with DDP?

She did the math for me and the DDP is only costing me an extra $600 and change for 13 nights! I couldn't believe it, I had miscalculated the total by several hundred dollars.

She said it was a really great deal because they're giving you room and DDP discounts. I believe the code is ANA so make sure to ask for it if you're interested. Needless to say, I signed up right away.

Make sure to repeat any special room request you may have made as they are all erased since you're starting a new ressie.

Remember, if you're going between 3/30-5/21, now is the time to call. I wish everyone the very best of luck.

Just be careful because they are adding the insurance on to the total. Check your online confirmation. If you want the insurance that is OK too, but most of us pass on it.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed at the AP rates for Value resorts this time. Now don't get me wrong I'm glad there was an AP rate at all, and we're still saving a bunch, but I don't understand why we're only getting a $25/night discount on POP while the discount for February was $40/night.

February is peak season, April is regular, so it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
That's only for Values though. The AP discounts for Deluxes are better than February's.

Did the CM give you a price per day for the DDP ? I'm not a big fan of it but it may make sense for us if the discount is good enough.

I think part of feb was value season, all of april this year is regular season and last half of feb is peak. If that still doesn't line up with the discount for AP maybe they just have more advance bookings . I wish I could get an AP but flying from Vancouver to there is prohibitive enough that there is no way we can go twice a year.

Unless it turns out that you can upgrade and still break even. Why not work the numbers at the Contemporary for a Garden room and see what happens?
