DCL doenst care whos snorkle vest you wear, as long as,
A you are wearing 1
B.Its one of the 2 or 3 colors that they are made in.(Orange,yellow and I think lime green/yellow)
I do know they frown on using a scuba bc as a vest.(I tried and they asked me nicely to wear the other vest over it for visibility reasons.Makes sense to me.)
