I've a Londoner friend with whom I exchange Xmas presents. He's always been into soap opera-type TV dramas, like Neighbours (in fact, he ran a pretty comprehensive website devoted to Neighbours for a while), Desperate Housewives, and ... I can't think of any others ... brain like Swiss cheese.
I thought about getting him a DVD or companion book for "The O.C.," but if it's not shown in Britain, he might not 'get' it.
Does anyone have the Lost or Desperate Housewives companion books? I know he's been downloading Desperate Housewives, and I also know he bought the first season of Lost on DVD when he was in L.A. recently, so I was thinking a companion book might be fun.
Does anyone else get as stressed out about buying Xmas presents as I do?
