Is the Magical Memories Villa a good choice?

Hoping someone has maybe stayed here before and might have some input. We are leaving for our 1st Disney trip in 3 weeks and the Magical Memories Villa is where we will be staying we have one of the 2 bedroom ones. We have 3 children 8,4,and 2, so hoping this will be a good choice for them. I was thinking it would be better than a hotel for those times when they get really loud this way maybe no one will hear them throwing their tantrums and such.

Any expereince with these villas? Are they worth the money nice and comfy home like? Thanks for your help.
