Is the free dining plan over?

Is the offer for the free dining plan over now? My neighbors are thinking of going, and we were talking about the free dining, but I thought I read it had to be booked by the 3rd. Am I correct?

Yes, I think it did end on the 3rd. BUt i think FL residents have till the 19th to book.

it is over, I called this morning because we just decided to take an unscheduled trip and it ended on the 3rd.
