Is the DVC website down?

Having trouble even getting to the login page. Is the site down or is it something in my end?

I was using chrome but it was slow, and it got hung up a bit.
 
It is working for me right now and did right at 8 am!
 

Anyone else having issues getting into DVC today? I was getting 7 Dwarfs and now I just got the spinning wheel of death...

I've logged in a few times to check for official GotG preview information, and at one point I got the Dwarfs and logged out. I just logged in without problems, though. (Still no GotG preview info!)

Thanks for the update! I did a chat and was told "no IT problems today" that they knew of...that's telling! We'll see if DH's computer works?
 
So DVC doesn't like DH's computer either LOL but I called and got it taken care of. The CM speculated it was due to "heavy traffic" online. :fish:
 
I'm able to see my dashboard and check availability. But when I click on the details of available rooms where it opens the calendar, all the dates are grayed out with no points showing on the calendar and after a bit, the site crashes and goes to dwarves. It only seems to happen when I open that calendar view for any given availability query.
 
I'm stalking and the website has been struggling the last few days. I can usually get it to work on mobile.
 
I definitely noticed that it's slow. In fact, it's the lengthy delay that seems to be triggering the dwarves in my case. It's like it times out and goes to the error screen because it's too slow in loading the page.
 
I get in quick but when I try to find availability I get Rex telling me that something went wrong.
PS It doesn't matter if I use Safari or Chrome,I get the same error code.

From what I understand, Rex is a different error type than the dwarves. Rex often indicates problems with your account, such as past-due balances on loans or annual dues. I've heard sometimes this pops up with a new contract too.

None of the above apply to our account. I just"chatted" with MS and Piglet you are right we are in the midst of selling a contract that the mouse took in ROFR and they must be in the process of paying us and taking those points.
I just don't understand why it would affect our other contract?

Well this is a mixed bag. It sounds like you have both a resolution and a new mystery all at the same time. Was MS able to help you with the booking you were trying to make?

funny you should ask. As we are selling 1 contract we are also waiting to close on another with 2022 points . so we are also waiting for those to load before we actually book. I was able to find out that there was plenty of availability for what we want.
 
We are getting Rex errors this morning when searching for a new reservation or modifying an existing one. We got them off and on yesterday morning too but things started working without us doing anything. We are also having some issues with our dashboard loading -- sometimes it is correct, sometimes nothing loads, sometimes it shows a reservation we had already cancelled.

Anybody else seeing similar issues this morning? We have no past dues, etc.

ETA: Shortly after posting, just like yesterday things started working correctly.

Still getting Rex ,and can't get through to anyone to talk to, frustrating to say the least.
