yes, you do have to be in a package to get the dining plan, the magic your way pkg, we just got back from disney, and we had the dining plan, and it was great, would definitely do it again, and again!

I have a question. If you have a 12 year old, lighter eater, even though I have paid the adult price, can he still order from the kids menu if he wants to?
