Is the CBBT a good choice over 95?

I've driven down to WDW many times but it's always been during the winter. Will be going down again in July, leaving from MA on a Saturday morning. Does it make sense to cut down along the coast and take the CBBT through DE/MD/VA/NC to avoid Baltimore and DC this time around? Am I going to be stuck in local beach traffic by doing so? We're planning on stopping somewhere in the Rocky Mount area overnight and it looks like I can take US 64 to pick up 95 again. What do you all think?
