Is soda included at meal time?

Is it true that soda is included if you have it at meal time? Do you only need to purchase it at all other times?

Sodas are included at meals! IF you go to the Buffet or get room service they are not included though.

Sodas are free at sit-down meals (Parrot Cay, Animator's Palate, Luminere's/Triton's, and Palo).

At the buffet and through room service you can get free tea, lemonade, fruit punch, hot chocolate, and coffee.
