If you want to shock the guy, next time he says "She's Hot" Agree with him and wait. I think it would at least stun him...

Even better, beat him to the punch. Next time you see a woman (IRL or in a magazine, whatever) that you know fits his definition of "hot", point her out and say "She is HOT". Gotta do it with conviction though, as if you truly mean it.

I guarantee, if you do that, you will instantly become THE HOTTEST girl in the room.

I don't mean like that like I'm nit-picky or something. We're talking 10 times a day this goes on in every situation, it just gets old.

There's a guy at my workplace that says that and he is 37 years old.
He even says things like........ "she could be on my laminated list", etc....
It doesn't really bother me at all. I just let it go in one ear and out the other.

I have a good relationship with a female co-worker, and sometimes she will relate a story to me, and I'll ask "is she hot?", but really I'm just joking. She understands and plays along. Maybe it's just a joke? Note: When guys make the comment to other guys, they are NOT joking.
