Is "prolly" a word?

It's the lazy way of saying probably. I can understand why people use it when texting, but if you get used to typing it that way on a regular basis, you might have a tendency to start using it in verbal conversation.

I'm annoyed by the whole texting thing in general. A close high school friend has now decided that she can no longer talk on the phone because it gives her a headache. She will now only communicate with me via text or maybe an email if I'm lucky. I have told her over and over again, that I do NOT have a texting plan. But she still insists. The ironic thing is that she is a receptionist for a doctor. Umm, isn't talking on the phone your job? She must have one crankin' migraine at the end of each work day.
