Is Pirates and Pals Cruise going?

I think this question has been answered here but I can't find it. Is the pirate and pals cruise running as a boat cruise again or is it a camp type of thing?
 
I'm just going to bump this because I'm wondering the same thing. I don't trust the phone castmembers.
