Is it worth it for us to go to HS ?

I've been thinking real hard about this one. Dh and I have never been to HS before. I was thinking about it to do the following for a few hours on our first Friday aft prior to attending at F and W at Epcot for the evening.

TSSM- FP+
Beauty and the Beast
Studio Backlot
Great Movie Ride(was going to be a fp+ until the new tiering :( )
Maybe... Voyage of the little Mermaid

There isn't much else we'd do there...dh wont do coasters or real scary rides like Tower...and I don't want anything that causes motion illness like Star Tours.

TSSM is the only thing super appealing to me and Im wondering if it is even worth the few hours we're talking about just for this ?

What do you all think?
You've never been before so I believe it's worth a visit!! DHS could use some more rides and stuff but there is something about this park that I like... a lot. DHS has a different vibe and if you get into it----you will feel like you've been transported to old hollywood and I love the tall palm trees that line the streets. Go at night, too----I like the way the turnstiles look with the lighting----the park is very pretty at night too!! Oh- and don't forget about Muppets 3D!!

I would definitely recommend Hollywood Studios. It's a great park. I'd like to see another ride or two added, but it has quite a bit and is a really good park

Really like HS. Brown Derby for lunch. Toy story ride is great. Tower of terror and rock n roll coaster are favorites. I've ridden alone..lots of fun

I couldn't imagine skipping a park, especially if you've never been. I'm not a coaster/big ride fan myself but I like seeing the shows in HS and all the smaller stuff.

They have LMA, Indiana Jones, Beauty and the Beast & Little Mermaid. I also like the Great Movie ride and the Backlot Tour. Yes, they may have changed some parts but if you've never seen it before you can enjoy it as is instead of comparing it. The muppet show is fun if you can take 3D movies. And one thing I haven't done but really want to next time I'm in HS is the Animation Building.

I also really like just taking in the atmosphere in HS. Walking down Sunset Blvd and the Streets of America. The last time I was there I was with a friend who doesn't do big rides either but the line for ToT was short so we went through it to take in the themeing and took the "chicken" exit down. :)

HS is our fav park. We are spending 3 days there on our next trip. There is something about the intangibles of this park that we love. If you have never been, keep in mind there is more than you will see/hear on the boards. Indy and Muppets get no love on here because of their age but are great experiences. Lights, motors is not a bad option for a one time shot. Those attractions that you mentioned won't be difficult, if you did rope drop and briskly walked to Toy Story, you wouldn't even need fast passes and could save them for a second TSM ride or even for Soarin before F & W. In case you aren't sure I definitely recommend some time at HS.
