Hi everyone We are returning to AKL in Aug, and have a question- we booked a pool view. I requested upper floor, Zebra trail. Is that a good location, or should I request something else?
Last time we stayed we were on Sunset Savanna.

Also, we haven't stayed since Kidani opened so wondering how the busses are now? Are they full in the morning? I heard they pick up at Kidani first.

We haven't stayed in a pool view room how ever your location request sounds really good to me. Zebra trail puts you right near all the restaurants and the pool. High floor would possibly give you some animal views and less chance of trees in your way.

I noticed in your tag that you have stayed at the Beach Club in the last year. How did you like it? I have a tentive reservation there for this fall. I would really appreciate your input.

I just booked a three night pre-cruise stay at AKL with a standard view. I understand that partial savannah views are now considered standard. Can anyone recommend what I should request for a room location? I understand that it would only be a request and of course I'll be fine with whatever we receive.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Yes, last time we were on Kudu Trail on the opposite side, with a savanna view. Secretly hope for a upgrade to Savanna, but I'm ok with pool view. I book what I can afford and anything else is gravy.

We loved BC! Beautiful resort, CMs were very nice. SAB is wonderful. I had a pool noodle, and loved floating along the lazy river. Didn't like the slide, seams were ouchy on my back.
Loved being walking distance to Epcot, or DHS. Although in Aug. we took the boat more (to DHS) because of the heat.
Great dining options. We ate at B&C, Cape May and Captains Grille.

Who knows- may decide to do split stay and go back to BC! Depends on the discounts. Right now I have a 35% BB offer from our Jan stay at WL for AKL.
Just wish BC were a little more affordable.

Happy Valentine's Day. For us it is a day like any other. We got married on February 13th so we had our celebration yesterday. We had a lovely meal in an Indian restaurant near where I work. Today we are just chilling out at home.

I am sorry I can't help you with your question. When (Rachel Tori) gets on here this week maybe she has some suggestions. I do know you will have a fantastic time with any room view at all. The resort is amazing and so is the CM's.
