Yes. Too late. And the inventory was pretty sparse by the last day regardless.

1) Ogre (I mean Iger) publically stated he wanted to wean the public off Disney discounts/discounting.
2) This includes Free Dining.
3) For the past three years, since his speech,
. . . the number of resorts offering Free Dining have been reduced
. . . the number of rooms offering Free Dining at the available resorts have been reduced
4) Look for this to be gone in the next few years.

The room only deals are still there and can be just as good depending on your travel size and dates.
