When i was in AZ in July I couldnt even go outside. Was hiding in an air conditioned gas station I have yet to experience the Palm Springs wind but I can imagine its probably like Borrego Springs and we just went camping there not too long ago and it was insane.

Yeah the winds there are crazy due to how the mountains are shaped around there thats why they have all the windmills.

I'll bet you a pile of mickeybars that the sales agreement says that you can't count on verbal representations or plans that are yet to be built. All the DVC covenants have similar language.

As an aside: Even though the National Harbor site was not the best plot on that site, and National Harbor itself is not ideal for visiting DC, I thought that one had a real chance.
