Kinda like if you're not from there, the state is Missourie, but if you're a native its Missourah.

Before moving to KY (and still many times since) I always said it as Louieville. But I am from way south of the Ohio river....more like by the Miami river (FL)

I have lived in Louisville, Ky my entire life and it's Lou-a-vul or simply Ville (Da Ville or The Ville either is fine) Alot of the billboards around here say stuff like Welcome The Ville lately, guess that's easier fo non natives to figure out how to pronounce.
