Is it possible to be NEAR IT ALL AT SSR???

We prefer to stay in the Congress Park section. We don't find it far to walk to the main pool, Carriage House or the restaurants. We love being near the walking path to Downtown Disney and always walk over and back rather than take a bus over. We love the quiet pool for the Congress Park section and enjoy swimming there or just lounging there at night with all the lights and action of downtown disney right across from us. My kids are 18, 13 and 11 and have never complained about the walk from Congress park to the main pool. Give it a try!

You know I will probably love Congress too. LOL So I will be excited to end up at Congress, Springs or Grandstand. My kids are almost 17 and 14 and 8 so our kids are close in age. They would probably enjoy the walk to DTD too. Thanks

The first two buildings to open at Grandstand are close to the pool, the bus stop and Carriage House. The last two to open, in my opinion, are no closer than Springs or the first two Congress park buildings.

Also the last two buildings are not as convenient to the bus stop due to the fact they built a round about, that you have to get around to get to the bus stop.

And even though the bus stops first at Grandstand which is nice when they return to the resort, it also means that every time you get on the bus it is full until it drops other guests off at the other 4 stops.
