Just had my first stay at Jambo... 6th floor was wonderful! I love this resort! I don't want to stay any where else! We are just heading back to cold Ohio... Any questions?

...could everyone please keep my MiL in yur prayers? She was rushed to the hospital [again] with congestive heart failure....they had her on a machine that forces water out of her lungs [and system], but she can't breathe on her own - she's been sedated and is on a ventilator....they've also administered hevy doses of Lasix, but they have to be careful because her kidneys are failing....

Scott fixed his car himself, saved a ton of money!

And my leg is better, I did 6 miles yesterday So as of now, the race is back on Just gotta take it day by day though, don't want to re-injure anything...Cross fingers.

This morning on my way into work I was thinking...it is already so cold, and I hate waiting for the train in this cold and it is only going to get worse. Soon I will be standing here with snow blowing in my face.

Then I thought, on sweet vacation in WDW is coming, we just broke under 200 days....ughhhhh!

Then I was thinking, I have not finished my TR and I need to finish that soon. I will get behind even further and we can't have that.

Is it bad that I am always thinking of my next trip to WDW?

We were on the bottom floor last time, but having booked AKV for the next trip I'm super excited for the change of perspective. And would love to show my Mum some photos as she's booked AKV too.

You're in the right place for exactly that I usually am already mentally planning the next trip, while I'm on a trip

Well, I just booked my Oct. 2011 trip a couple days ago

I'm hoping to do this next week, but it depends on a lot of things: if I get this job, will I be able to take a vacation in less than a yr of work time? If I don't get it, how can I think about a trip? And to make it all the more confusing, original plan was borrow out all the 2012 pts and take a monster vaca in '11 because no WDW in '12, going to Germany instead

Currently we are at Beach Club Villas, our home resort, since I had the 11 month window. But every year I have changed to Jambo House so who knows....

I'm back! Despite the cold snap that blew in just as we arrived, it was a fantastic trip. Of course, the Disney portion was waaaaay too short. But we packed a lot into 2 days and really enjoyed the Food and Wine Festival. On our way out of Orlando, I made a quick pit stop to pick up these little beauties:

and thoroughly enjoyed them all weekend at St. Pete Beach:

I'm now plotting my next trip with the family in 2012 - just have to get DH to agree. Hopefully I WILL be staying at AKL! Brandi - you are definitely not alone in the advance planning!
